The systems you were raised in and grew up in shape and can determine your life, and we will explore how they’ve influenced you. Reframing your experience will give you a vision of why and how you can do something different. In therapy, I can guide you, direct you, make you laugh, or slap you upside the head, but most importantly, listen to your story as you tell it as precisely or messily as you need to. I provide a supportive and loving presence and embrace and fully accept the person you really are.
I offer Individual, Couples and Family Therapy. Grief, depression and anxiety can be debilitating. These feelings may make you feel alone, and each person’s experience of them is unique. The feelings that isolate are a common thread we share. This doesn’t belittle your experience but unites us in a whole.
